This is an answer I gave to a question on Yahoo….they asked why Gen 2 adds Lord to God and chapter one does not. Most of the answers were utter stupidity and ignorance of anything spiritual. they do not have a clue as to truth of spiritual things.

My answer will seem strange and wrong to all the others here, because they answered from a carnal reasoning. Those who answer flippantly, thinking it does not matter and is nothing, show they have no true depth at all concerning spiritual things and will not get a thing from God.
You are seeking, and just seeing that there is a definite reason for this, and that it does have a profound meaning, is a big step forward.
See, the false interpretation, of …the Lord our God is one…has led to all this delusions. It did not mean that God is made up of just 1 person or just 1 spirit.
It means they , yes, they are in perfect harmony and agreement and love with each other…THEY? I am speaking about God, the God kingdom, made up of innumerable members, just as the Son or human kingdom is made of many members.
God is the head of all the God kingdom. He is the Spirit, made up of many member. He is eternal and self-existing. But it is not just 1 of them. They are a full kingdom, made up of many members, with their own personalities, just as we are. They each have different jobs to do, just as we do and the different parts of our body does.
Mine is to wear myself out, just trying to get one of the deep truths which God has given to me, to at least one other person. It seems I cannot accomplish this simple task, no matter how hard I try.
But the answer to your question is this: the Lord God is different from God. Oh I know it sounds crazy because of all the false doctrine going before. But it is true.
God is a Spirit.
He made a kingdom in his image = spirit. He is the Father of spirits. He is the father of the spirits of flesh. This is in Scripture, but I am not going to look it up for you. Do some research yourself.
In 11Cor 5, we are told that if this earthly house, our body, that we now live in, is dissolved we have another, ETERNAL in the heavens, NOT MADE WITH HANDS.
That eternal body is part of the chapter one creation, which GOD created. They are spirits.
Now the Lord God is another spirit body. He is a powerful being, but different from God.
He made a world in his image, the dust creatures — us.
He made man from the dust. God did not make man from the dust. He created SPIRIT bodies.
These two different creations are to come together, join, marry, and become ONE. This is the heavenly marriage.
Jesus Christ was given the highest award possible from God. He was given the Spirit of the Lord God, for his own eternal abode. In other words, the Lord God married Jesus. They became one. The Lord God is the spirit house which Jesus was glorified with.
He then sat down on the throne of God to rule with the God kingdom, as God. Then God rested.
Jesus said the SPIRIT OF THE LORD GOD IS UPON ME, FOR HE HAS ANOINTED ME.
His mortal body was swallowed up with the immortal body of the spirit of the Lord God. They are now one.
When each true child of God is resurrected, they receive their own glorified body from that Genesis one creation. It is the body Paul spoke of 11Cor 5.
So God created a spirit world. He is the father of spirits.
The Lord God created a flesh world, for he also is flesh.
They are two different individuals and they made two different worlds.
But these two worlds are supposed to come together and become one. This is long and it is not the full message, but I hope you or someone else can get a glimpse of this truth.

More:When people still try to separate Jews from Christians, they will miss truth every time. Scripture clearly shows that in Christ = NT Grace, there is neither Jew nor Gentile, for we are all ONE.Paul said there is no difference in Jews and anyone else.Jesus took of the twain and made one new man, thus making peace.So those who still separate them, are attempting to tear down the peace and unity which Jesus made.The Christians are the only true Jews or Israelite. I know this is fighting grounds for most folks, but the Word is full of it.Christians are the Israel of God and the only folks who will ever be saved. Law cannot save anyone. and all who try to find salvation or holiness via law, will fail. Law is not of Faith. Only those who have true Faith are the children or chosen of God. We live by faith, not law. We do live holy and Godly by the Holy Ghost which He has given us. We need no law to make us holy. Well Freeborn,That just shows you that they do not read the Bible, or they read and GOD has blinded them to the truth. So few can do this.I never can understand why so many are still under that delusion of needing to be under law to serve God.I just saw something….those who cling to law, are also the ones who cannot get past thinking that the old natural Jews are God’s chosen people.That law is what makes them blind to the great truth of…we are all ONE.They still think there is something special, to God, about natural Jews. Tweety, that is a marvelous and great message. I hope you give this truth to the whole world. It is wonderful that you see this great truth so clearly. Almost no one can get into this, even though the Scripture is so very clear on it.I am like you, I am beginning to think that none of them truly believe in God. They accept church as a substitute for God, as I wrote in one of my messages.Now let me give you something to think on:Jesus said in Mat 23, to the Pharisees, who sit in Moses seat, and addressed them as Jerusalem…thou that KILLEST the prophets, AND ALL that are sent to you…you are guilty of ALL THE RIGHTEOUS blood shed on earth.So think…who is mainly killing people today for their religion?Jesus said it is old Jerusalem…so think…who is doing this today? all over the world.I say a great deception…I mean a giant deception…is going on right under everyone and they do not see it.Just think how ‘clever’ old Jerusalem really is…doing their evil….their hate and murdering spirit…under the guise of another name…another god.I want to hear your thoughts on this.

Yes, Tweety, it is all that you named and you are very right about this… but there is one big one that I had in mind and you did not name.I will tell you and see what you think about this.I have come to believe that the entire Muslim world is actually those old Jews, in disguise. Think about this..they say old Jerusalem is theirs. They have their big temple there.They claim to be children of Abraham.They are murdering people all over this world, in the name of their ‘god’ allah.Who is allah? it is a mystery. Just this week, I had been peacefully discussing Scripture/Godhead, with a couple of men..one of them is a Jesus-only; the other says that Jesus is not God, not even now.It was going along pretty good, UNTIL I said a thing or two to clarify that the true Christians are the true people of God, and not old Jews. They tried to claim that Paul, Peter, and even Jesus, taught from an old Jew prospective. I said this is just not so. They taught God’s word, not old Jewish ideas.They are so deceived with this wicked spirit, that they think we can only receive the truth of God’s word, by thinking from an old Jewish respective> how sickening this is!If that were truth, why didn’t those folks recognize the true move of God, when his Son was here?There are some, even here, who claim that the Jews would not see Jesus as a god and that this is the problem.Not so.They also claim that God did not and could not have a son.See, they do not just deny that Jesus could have been god.they also deny him being Gods son, just as the Muslims do.They say, far be it from God to have a son…same thing Muslims teach.Well it set off a bunch of evil blasting to me. They accused me or sowing hatred. Only in that we do them no harm…thus proving that all the wicked are of Satan.But what I am speaking about is the truth of things, from an everlasting standpoint.Only in the flesh, to the carnal eye, are people divided up into many groups and areas. In the eyes of everlasting things, there are only two groups…saved people of Faith, and the wicked ones, which hate truth.They are old natural JEWS, hating God’s truth and having a murdering spirit to kill out all of God’s/Jesus’ people/kingdom…so Satan can continue to rule this world.We do not need to run to earthly men, courts, lawsuits and such. we are to be people of FAITH, prayer, trusting God, the true God, not some silly allah, to work out these things.And of course he will in his appointed time.Until then, he wants us to come into his truth and the real understanding of these things.It takes spiritual revelation from God, to give that to us.As He gives me more understanding, I try to write much of it here, for any who desire to use this to grew in truth.We are not told to love these wicked murderers. God said unless we CONTEMN the wicked, we cannot stand with Him.Contemn means to HATE. God hates these wicked folks and will destroy them all.We must say his judgments are righteous.Love, here, merely means we do not harm them as they are doing. It does not mean we are to have love feelings for them, and overlook their wickedness and not speak out against it.Satan’s people go by all kinds of names = jews, muslim, catholics, baptists, and the world is full of them…but they all have one thing in common…hatred for God and his truth and the people of real FAITH.I hope you can finally see this and forget trying to love those wicked men, who would cut your head of at the drop of a hat.Jo
